It's over, THANK GOD!

We have finally finished Christmas. Bill says he is boycotting next year if you can imagine how crazy it was. I think Toys r us threw up in our house. We are COVERED with toys. I haven't even taken toys out of their boxes yet in hopes that some will disappear.
Honestly, everyone was very generous, maybe over generous because the amount of stuff we have is huge.
We started our Christmas eve night at Bill's mom's house. Christmas morning we opened gifts at our house and then went to my parents house. WE finished up at night at my grandmothers house.
Yesterday, Bill's dad came to town, and you can already notice the tension in the air after the crazy dinner we had to sit through. Only after did Bill and I realize that the French Pub has a web cam and we are hoping someone out there was watching the show we witnessed from our table.
So I am headng to the mall now to A)get some good deals on clothes that I probably don't need, B) find an outfit to wear to the New YEar's Eve wedding we are attending.

It's getting close to Christmas

I have been trying to explain the whole Baby Jesus thing to Bailey and I think it is way to complicated for a 3 year old. So far, the only thing he has gotten out of it is calling all of Mia's babies "Baby Jesus."
I am just about finished shopping. It's those last minute gifts that really get me, that and the fact Bill just gave me his list last night. So I guess I will be off shopping today (surprise, surprise).
Bailey will be singing in preschool for all the parents and guests next week. I can't wait to see them. Although, knowing Bailey, I am sure he won't sing once he realizes all the people are watching.

December

I really need to get to the computer more to type on this website. Well, it is December and Christmas shopping is in full swing. I am just about done. A couple random presents and I will officially be shopped and wrapped in full.
We had St. Nick night on Monday night and Bailey was excited to find his stocking stuffed. This year should be a fun year for Santa. Bailey begged for Floam. It's this beaded gooey stuff and it's comerical shows on all the kid's channels. For all you parents out there, Floam is not a good idea. Rather stupid if you ask me. And for $7 for a small tub, not worth it.
I am going to schedule the Christmas photo for this Friday so I anticipate a card coming out soon.
Bill is off to Roc hester tonight to see the Dave Matthews' concert. Anne is going with him because, frankly, I am not a HUGE fan like Bill. And how big a fan of Dave is Bill exactly? Let's just say that if Dave Matthews decided to ask Bill to marry him tonight, I would be in divorce court.
Bill told me he was posting new pictures to the site today, so let's see.
Today is our second to last zoo school. Thank goodness. It is getting far to cold to trek the kiddos through the zoo.
Christmas cookie baking will start this Friday and finish on Saturday. I am trying to find new recipes becuase if I don't we will have the same as my mom. Heather and I will get together at her house for the 2 days.
