Let the parties begin...

Starting today, we have a Halloween party everyday until Halloween. I think it will be EXHAUSTING. I hope Bailey doesn't get sick of wearing his Buzz costume and I hope MIa wears her hat.
We have been pretty busy here. When I have more time I will post more...

Welcome Lucy

Well, this evening, Lucy was born. She was born at 10:51pm and was 8lbs 7oz and 21.5 inces long. Kristy had to have a c-section and was totally knocked out. But both her and the baby are great.

Another sunday

So we are playing downstairs, and I say to the kids, let's go upstairs and get ready for bed. We go in the Family Room and turn the tv on. I tell the kids we can check the Bill's game out and maybe we'll see Daddy. Well, Bailey knows that Bill has a jersey and says "What number is daddy?" I tell him 21 and then he starts screaming, "Oh no, look! Those guys are pushing daddy down on the ground." If only he went to the games to play...
Kristy's due date is tomorrow and still no baby. Brian will only let her go 2 weeks, so it looks like being overdue is in the genes...
Sundays are supposed to be family days. Days when the family can do things together, get some stuff done around the house. Around here, it is just another day. Whether or not Bill goes to the game, he is useless on football days. Today of course, he was there.
The kids are in bed and I am pushing bed time up around here, mainly #1 becuase I am tired of the whines when I know they are overtired, #2 Mia is down to 1 nap and I believe she needs more sleep, and #3, when I try to get Bailey up for school, he just wants to stay in bed. So the kids are in bed by 8pm. That means quiet time begins at 7pm. They both still sleep until 8 in the morning...
I do have to say, the vitamins are giving me back my energy. It must have been a deficiency in something. Of course, lack of sleep can't help that much either.
In case anyone reading this is interested, Kristy and I will be PartyGal reps right after the baby is born. We figured this would be a greatopportunity to get out, have a little fun and make a little money. So anyone interested in a party, see us...
Heather has AT LAST asked me for help with the wedding. Okay, so it's just printing labels, but it is at least something. So maybe once I complete my task, she will give me another...
Why am I using so many ...'s in my posts? I guess the same reason I have been saying FYI a million times this past week.

The Great Pumpkin Farm

Bill's father was in for the weekend, and we were busy busy. We went shopping on Saturday to the Boulevard Mall and Bill got some new work clothes for his birthday. So many so that I probably will only have to iron once a month. Thank goodness, ironing is my least favorite chore. It would have been cleaning the bathroom, but since I don't do that, I guess ironing would be my least favorite chore.
Today we went to the GReat Pumpkin Farm in Clarence. This has been a yearly tradition for us and this year Bill's father went along too. Bailey picked 3 pumpkins, Mia and Bailey ate huge cookies and drank their fill of cider. They both LOVED the rides that are there. And surprisingly, both children fed the animals.
I will have Bill post the pictures tonight, but here's a quick one...

Tired...

I think I must be low in some vitamin or mineral or something because I am DRAGGING in the mornings. I could sleep until 11am, I swear.
Yesterday was Bill's birthday and he had his first guitar lesson, which I believe was a success. I guess the guy is younger than him, but is a great guitar player, so maybe Bill will learn SOMETHING. The kids got him a guitar bag to carry his guitar.
Bill's father is coming in this weekend to see the kids (and us too!). So we are thinking about maybe going to the pumpkin farm with him. It's supposed to be very cold this weekend, so we better bundle up!
On a brighter note, I have placed my girl scout order and Bill is looking forward to his Thin Mints coming in. I personally like the Peanut Butter ones
I have been looking at the Latin American Institute to take an Advanced Spanish couse over the winter. I really have to brush up my language skills if I ever plan to teach it. Once you are out of a language for a while, you lose it, and I am slowly losing it.
Well, the kids are still in their jams and I have to get Bailey ready for school.
