We're here, I promise...

But we have been very busy. We took the kids to the Renaissance Festival last weekend. I think they had fun. It was a little over their heads, but all in all a nice expensive day out. We drove there almost 3 hours and came back in the evening. I thought for sure we were going to have 2 sleeping kids in the back, but alas we did not have any sleeping children when we arrived home.
We then have the ever popular Kowalewski Family Picnic. For some reason, it gets later and later every year. I suggest a new park. So if anyone that plans this picnic reads this blog. I have a few suggestions as to where it should be. The park we go has the rustiest, most out of date playground available. The kids are hanging on me to take them there, and I (who want to avoid tetanus shots hardly give in.
