Dear Home Depot (Part 2)

Dear Home Depot: I am finding it very strange that our order keeps mysteriously disappearing. We are still waiting for 28 crucial pieces to our deck. I have let this slide for a little while because my husband didn't need them to begin the deck, but now he does. I am sick and tired of hearing "they will be in next Wednesday." from your so called friendly customer service desk person every single week. I am sick of constantly calling corporate and speaking with Virginia (who is apparently the only one who can talk to me since she started my case). I find it hard to believe that Trex is out of this certain color since we are at the height of deck season and I have been waiting a month for these pieces. What other excuses can we come up with? I could have walked to the Trex Plant, made the pieces I am waiting for, WALK them back to Buffalo and had my husband install them in the time it has taken me to deal with this bs that I am dealing with here. Lowe's has gained a new customer (and I hope many more). And although I prefer the friendliness of the store associates of Home Depot to those of Lowe's, I can't deal with the run around one more day. If I don't hear from you by today we are canceling the rest of the order.
