Dear Home Depot: If my husband and I are going to spend a whole lot of money in your store (thousands and thousands) there are only a few things that I should expect in return. 1) That I won't have to stand in the store for 3 hours as you try to figure out what I need. 2) You will deliver it when you say you will deliver it 3) You won't tell me you will be here one day, my husband takes off from work and you don't come 4) When you do come you bring a working fork lift machine so you can get the materials off of the big truck and not taunt us from the street 5) Make sure everything we ordered is in the order since we waited a week and a half for it.
