February Break

February Break happened last week. I definitely think should be moved to April or May. I enjoy the kids being home, but I don't enjoy having to take them and do something with them everyday. Yes, I could sit home with them, but that could easily mean I could have 6 kids kids at home once playdates are arranged. My kids have seriously lost the ability to play with eachother and alone for that matter.
Our week started as Bill and I decided that the dining room needed a change. Specifically, it needed not be a dining room anymore. So we changed it to a sitting/reading room. Eventually a music room because the kids have informed us that piano and guitar lessons may be in our near future (which is totally acceptable since all brass instruments and crazy drums and other string instruments are out). i will post pictures, but I have to be shown how to add them again to the blog. Bill says the way I do it is filling up the space I have on the blog. Basically, it's brown (go figure) with a big brown leather couch.
Bill headed back to work and we did playdates, bowling, the movies (The Hotel for Dogs), roller skating and shopping. We also did some ice-skating this month at the ice rink that our neighbor made in his yard. It is massive. Bill enjoyed a night out playing curling on it one night. The kids all have ice skates and are slowly learning.
So we are back to school today and getting ready. Today Bailey is celebrating 100th day of school. I will have picture to add as we made a tshirt to wear today. They are having a mini "fashion show" of 100 items for each of them. I promise, pictures...
