The weather is still nice

The weather is still really nice and it's October. Of course, I realize that still means next week it could snow, but today we are without jackets. I will be posting the kids pictures soon. We took them apple picking this past weekend and they enjoyed that. I thought we would be climbing trees, but the trees are very low to the ground, so they were easy to pick off.
Amelia has grown so much over the last few months that the clothes from last winter actually look silly on her this year. Looks like a new winter wardrobe is in order. Bailey is still wearing the same in tops, but bottoms are beginning to look flood like, so he will be getting more pants.
Rock Band 2 arrived in the mail the other day for Bill's Birthday and this one is very cool. I know a lot more songs on there and we easily spend the evenings playing the game.
Bailey has started the first grade spelling tests and let me tell you, they are not that easy. I can't remember spelling apple or earthworm when I was in first grade.
