For Sale - By owner

So, our house is officially up for sale. Bill has been working on the website for it and I am sure will post it once it is live. We have not found a new one as we need to sell this one first. Although we have been looking at houses and going to open houses on the weekends. If we have no people to view our house in a month, we are going to list it through America's Choice.
Heather is finding out today if she is having a girl or a boy and we are anxiously awaiting the call as her appointment was at 8am. Let's hope she doesn't let us wait too long. I'm thinking girl.
We have been trying to de-clutter our stuff here to make the house presentable for showing. 5 years and ton of junk. One never realizes how much one accumulates in 5.5 years.
Amelia went to gymnastics with Bailey this week and so far likes it. Bill stayed with her the whole time though, so we shall see this week how she does.
I think Bill mentioned we took the kids ice skating (which we will probably do again this weekend) and last weekend we took them sledding. They weren't digging the sledding thing as much as I hoped and after a frustrating hour, we took them home.
