Farewell summer...

Yesterday was so cold that I put the kiddos in pants. Seriously it was really cool outside. My parents made a turkey dinner as their Sunday dinner this week instead of spaghetti which made us all think it was Thanksgiving with the weather.
I went on a wine tour this past weekend as a stagette for Bill' cousins future wife, Bill had the stag on Friday night, and on Suday we just sat around. Oh yeah, we also found our DREAM HOUSE.
Bill and I have been looking every now and again at houses brcause basically I am not happy where we are. We literally have no children on our street. And we happen to be on the school border where, even if a family with children moves in across the street, they would be in a completely different school district. Bill found this house before we were married. Loved it, (I think mainly becasue it had a bar and a pool table) and bought it. Now the pool table is gone and the bar is covered with toys and it is just not what it was. So anyways, about my dream house. it has 3150 square feet, a media room, a huge great room, 4 bedrooms, a bonus room, I could go on, but it would just be too depressing. But if someone wants to give me a few hundred thousand dollars to pay for half, please let me know.
Our weeks get slower as summer winds down. Today we are going for an ice cream tasting and then I am heading out to get Bailey his school supplies. Invitations for his party are out and, yes we did agree on Carmines. I am sure I will post more on that after it comes....
