Vacation!

Starting tomorrow, we are officially gone for a week. While Bill is spending hours of grueling training in DC, my children, Jill and I will be shopping like mad in Georgetown (hopefully eyeing some beautiful handbags). We have planned to take the kids to the zoo and the smithsonian musuems (if we find any kid friendly parts). Bailey has been stuck on saying he is going to meet President Bush, until yesterday when he was running around the house saying Condelessa Rice. Funny to hear a 2 year old say that.
Tonight we have a going away picnic for Ardyth, Ella and Ewan (Rob too). They are moving to Vermont. Ella and Ewan are part of Bailey's playgroup and dear friends of ours that will be sadly missed.
And I just found out that I will be taking a trip to New Hampshire to attend a wedding for my friend Patrick who just got married to his boyfriend, Brandon. They just exchanged the vows this past weekend and will have the reception in October. Very excited!
We will probably have a ton of pictures to share once we come back. Now, back to packing.
